Jordan Crawford

Jordan Crawford could be the most important addition to fantasy basketball teams all year.

We are entering the final weeks of regular season games for most leagues. If your fantasy basketball team has missed the playoffs, you can still play an important role – the role of spoiler. There is nothing like knocking the guy you hate out of the playoffs when you have seemingly nothing to play for. But in fantasy sports, sometimes that is almost as good as winning it all.

If you are looking for guys that will help you in the playoffs or looking to get rid of guys that might hurt your chances, the Risers and Fallers list is the first place to start.

However, if owners rely too heavily on those substitutes, your team will have no depth. Balance is the key. With that, here are three players with rising value, and three players on the decline.

Three Up

Ekpe Udoh, PF, Golden State Warriors

Udoh has been working his way back from injury, and now he’s carving out a role in the rotation. Literally. How else would he be averaging two blocks per game over the past two weeks? (more…)

Jeter's stock is rising in {link url=""}Fantasy Basketball{/link}

The NBA season has pretty much lived up to expectations. Didn’t we all expect the Miami Heat to struggle? Didn’t we all expect the Lakers to lose four straight this early in the season? Best of all, didn’t we all know that Blake Griffin and John Wall would be immediate all-stars?

That’s why each week we look at the Risers and Fallers, because in fantasy basketball, the unexpected is always expected. Let’s begin. (more…)
