Evans is currently dealing with an injury.

With about one week remaining until the 2010 NBA season tips off, fantasy basketball drafts are in full swing. No matter what format or type of fantasy basketball league you are in, Weekly Fantasy Sportal will continue to provide you with the news and information you want on all things NBA. Read on for all the latest NBA news, injuries, and player updates:

Tyreke Evans, PG, Sacramento Kings

The second year guard from Memphis, Evans recently admitted that he is suffering from plantar fasciitis on the bottom of his foot. Evans insisted, however, that it’s a minor case of plantar fasciitis and after playing in 40 minutes of a preseason game Tuesday night it appears he will be fine to start the season. While this is a nagging injury, a lot of NBA players play through minor cases of the injury every year and Evans should still be considered a top 30 player overall going into the season.
